All of a sudden Charlie's hair seems a lot less...shall we say crazy? Jim and I are a bit sad that he's lost his spikiness because it was Charlie's signature and certainly brought lots of attention. I can't tell you how many smiles Charlie gave people when they caught a glimpse of his hair. In order to properly mourn the many great Charlie hair-dos over the last 5 months I thought I'd post the very first one taken about an hour after he was born when the nurse at Valley Hospital gave him a mini mohawk.

The Next Bobby Flay?
Charlie loves being in the kitchen while I'm cooking. Though he can't help yet he does love gnawing on the wooden spoon!

Easter: Part II

| Check out those delicious chunky thighs! |
Easter Sunday started with a big surprise. Dad called and said, "how do you feel about having it at your house today since we don't have a working kitchen sink" So that's what we did - hosted Easter and had lots of fun. Luckily it was a warm day and only rained a little so we got to blow bubbles and ride tricycles and eat lots more yummy food! Charlie had a ball with his cousins again and liked seeing bubbles for the first time too.

| Grandma taking a break from cooking Easter dinner. |
We had a fun evening at Grandma and Grandpa's on Saturday to celebrate Easter. The boys loved giving each other kisses and the adults loved all the good food and great company. The rain meant no Easter Egg Hunt, but we managed to have plenty of fun indoors.

On Top of the World
The best part of visiting Dr. Leyva-Vega's office (the gastro specialist for Charlie's acid reflux) is checking out the views of Hackensack from the window.
