Christmastime is Fun Time

These photos are from last month but I wanted to share some of the fun highlights from Charlie's first Christmas. We had a sleepover at at Poppop and Grandma Pat's house on Christmas Eve. A fun day at Grandma and Grandpa's house on Christmas day with Aunt Janet, Uncle Doug and his fun cousins Jason and Christopher. He got to meet Uncle Chris, Aunt Ali, and his cousins Henry and Miller for the first time when they flew in from Chicago. We got snowed in at Nana's house during the big blizzard of 2010. He even had his first outing to a restaurant! Christmas sure was different this year being parents of a newborn, but we managed to have a couple drinks, lots of family time and laughs too.

Happy Birthday To Mommy!

Charlie decided to give me the best birthday gift ever this year! He stopped crying after eating, while eating and hardly eating. Yesterday we visited Dr. Kim for a follow-up on Charlie's lack of weight gain and to see how he was doing on his new (2nd) formula. We explained that he was hardly eating and still crying a lot. So last night we began formula number three (Alimentum by Similac) and it seems we may have finally hit upon a winner! Charlie had 6 oz. last night, slept longer than usual and had another two good bottles since then. Thanks for my birthday present Charlie. A happy and healthy baby is all I need!
